Phase II. The Lessons
View food, eating, and your wellness and weight through the 20+ lessons of Your Whole Person Nutrition kaleidoscope, and suddenly, stunning new nutrition insights emerge that reveal the power  of food to nourish your body, mind, soul, and social well-being. With The Lessons, you can take charge of what you eat—and your wellness and weight—with confidence.

Phase III. In Action
With Your Meal Meditation, you are cordially invited to experience and to put into action all the healing ingredients of Your Whole Person Nutrition Program. Our guided meal meditation empowers you to access the healing power of food. Download the Meal Meditation audio we created for you to turn each meal into Whole Person Nutrition cuisine.

Phase IV. The Food
Your Whole Person Nutrition menu plans and meals are based on the Program’s inverse eating (which you’ll discover more about in Phase II: The Lessons) approach to optimal eating. Or you can opt for our tasty, nutritious, and balanced vegetarian meals if your preference is a plant-based diet. Or you can do both. The choice is yours. Another benefit: Our menus and menu plans are meant as optimal eating guidelines—not as a “here’s what you-eat-each-day” diet. Select dishes that appeal to you from our week of recipes, snacks, beverages, and more.

Phase V. The Recipes
Whether you choose our inverse eating or vegetarian recipes, we invite you to enjoy our fresh, savory, delicious food suggestions.
